El Caminito del Rey is a 7.7Km long suspension bridge.
It runs along the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes.
Named the “Most dangerous path in the world”.

El Caminito del Rey is located in El Chorro, a village belonging to the municipality of Alora, near Carratraca and Árdales, in the Guadalhorce region.
This path will allow you to cross the heart of the Gaitanes Gorge, by footbridges attached to the rock at 100 meters from the ground. Its newly remodeled platform allows anyone to do the Caminito del Rey in a totally safe way.
The Gaitanes Gorge, declared a Natural Park in 1989, is one of the most visited landscape and natural jewels in the interior of the province of Malaga.

Activities
The environment of El Chorro and the Conde del Guadalhorce Reservoir is configured as a unique natural space, with spectacular scenic beauty and enormous ecological richness, which invites the practice of various activities and adventure sports in full contact with nature.
Paragliding
Lovers of adventure and risk have a unique exponent in El Chorro. This area is considered as “the paradise of flight” and has its own school of practice and teaching of this sport.
Barbecue Area
The Embalse del Guadalhorce is undoubtedly an ideal place for a picnic or barbecue, as it is equipped with the means to do so.
Mountain Bike
From the Chorro several routes of BBT leave. Located in an environment with different pronounced slopes, thus being ideal routes for lovers of mountain biking.
Watersports
The Conde del Guadalhorce reservoir is the most visited area and where more water activities are carried out (Nado, Canoes, Kayaks, Hydropedals, Fishing)
Trekking
The Path of the Gaitanejo, the Viewpoint of the Buitreras and the Viewpoint of the Reservoirs, are the three points that you should not miss if you decide to put on your sneakers and go hiking.
Climbing, Rappelling and Canyoning
El Chorro a spectacular and unparalleled place for sport climbing, about 1,300 routes that cover the entire range possible in degree of difficulty.
